After graduation , worked at Humber Memorial Hospital Toronto Ont. after being married & moving to Toronto.
Moved to Port Hope Ont. when husbands company relocated there. Worked part time at Port Hope Hospital & Cobourg General .
Moved to Whitby & worked part time after children were in school , at Dr. JORuddy Hospital in Whitby as well as Whitby ' Psychiatric Hospital
Relocated to Nove Scotia 1991 .Worked at Fisherman’s Memorial in Lunenburg N.S.
Hired by B.C. government to create &develop a Home Detox Program for treating addicts on the Sunshine Coast in B.C.

My favourite school story was concerning my meeting Cathy Mac Milan one day in the Dairy Bar at the foot of the street . We had both missed the bus that afternoon & I decide to buy an ice cream cone to pass the time till the next bus arrived . Cathy walked up & said wow that looks delicious . I said it was & asked her if she’d like one as well ! She said she had no money with her & I offered to treat her . In the end we discovered that we both lived on Belleperche , she on the Drive & I the other way. We walked , ate our cones & really got to know one another . We became the best of friends & have remained that way throughput our lives. Lately we have seeneach other each year in Verobeach when we spend the winter in Florida .We have always had lunch with her & Cam .
